The gossip channel TMZ have the news as a medical overdose and the AP news said natural causes but at the age of 32 nobody die of normal causes.

Brittany Murphy was fired from a number of movies the last few years and has been rumored to take all different drugs; she denied all accusations of drug abuse.

Michael Jackson’s family is aware of the potential criminal prosecution. Los Angeles Police are waiting the report to determine the case as a homicide or accidental overdose or not.

The Los Angeles says “We are still awaiting corroboration form the L.A. county coroner’s office as to cause of death,” Bratton told CNN.com. “That is going to be very dependent on the toxicology reports that are due to come back. And based on those, we will have an idea of what it is we are dealing with. Are we dealing with a homicide or are we dealing with accidental overdose?”

Anyhow, it may take week before the police gets the report and decide that this case will turn to be the criminal investigation or not.
